The Haitian national football team has complicated its task after its stinging (3–0) defeat to Honduras. Ranked 3rd in its group with 5 points, Haiti’s national team is behind Costa Rica, 2nd with 6 points, and Honduras, the leader with 8 points, and is now obligated to win its two remaining matches in order to take part in the football festivities in 2026.
Questioned about this, Sébastien Migné, who led the Grenadiers’ two training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, expressed confidence in the country’s potential qualification for the World Cup, while acknowledging that it will not be easy.
