Gathered at the UEH rectorate on Friday, November 7, 2025, Rector Dieuseul Prédélus and OFATMA Director Vikerson Garnier signed a memorandum of understanding allowing students to benefit from health insurance coverage. The signing of the agreement took place in the presence of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Georges Wilbert Franck, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Predner Duvivier, the Secretary General of UEH, Louis Rodrigue Thomas, senior officials of the rectorate, and other guests.
