The airline IBC Airways is preparing to increase the frequency of its Cayes–Miami flights starting in January 2026. This was indicated to Le Nouvelliste by the company’s representative in Haiti, Dimitri Fouchard. “We will have flights four times a week, namely on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday,” Mr. Fouchard told the newspaper.

According to him, this connection between the country’s third-largest city and Miami has been performing very well so far. “We are in a phase of full development. The construction work (of a departure and arrival hall) at the airport is nearing completion. We hope it will be finished as quickly as possible,” he stated.
