The only international link that was still operational at Toussaint Louverture International Airport has been suspended. This was the flight that supported the family reunification program between Haiti and Brazil.

The suspension comes after two aircraft were struck by gunfire on the afternoon of Sunday, January 25, 2026, while they were on approach to Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince.
