The State University of Haiti (UEH) and Expertise France in Haiti signed, on February 11, 2026, a strategic memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening academic training and research in public procurement. The agreement, financially and technically supported by the European Union, backs the Chair for Training, Studies and Research in Public Procurement as well as the Master’s program in Procurement, Management and Governance of Public Contracts.

The ceremony took place at the premises of the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP), in the presence of the European Union Ambassador to Haiti, Hélène Roos, the Rector of UEH, Professor Dieuseul Prédélus, the Director of Expertise France in Haiti, David Bruchon, and several representatives of public institutions and technical partners.
