Since last year, several schools have been forced to leave their historic premises due to insecurity. Some have relocated to residential spaces, where one might feel as though they are in a large house rather than in a proper school facility. Others have been rehoused in cramped locations, sharing classrooms and courtyards with a sister school, or spread across multiple sites to accommodate all students.

A minority have managed to find relatively suitable spaces, but the cost of these installations—often unforeseen—places a heavy burden on already fragile budgets. In this context, fluctuations in enrollment have become a real challenge: each school must cope with student numbers that vary depending on security conditions and the location of the new sites.
