On Sunday, April 26, 2026, comedian and actress Gaëlle Bien-Aimé, accompanied by Cantave-K, will present the show “SST” at the Karibe Convention Center. An evening centered on this project had already been organized in November 2025. This time, it is part of a tour launched by the winner of the RFI Théâtre Prize 2022 to mark her 15 years on stage. Under the concept “15 years, 15 performances,” her plays will travel between Haiti, France, Canada, and the United States. In an interview with Ticket Magazine, the artist spoke about this important stage of her journey.
From the outset, Gaëlle Bien-Aimé specifies that she prefers to speak of “15 years on stage” rather than a career. “For me, a career starts at 25 years,” she explains. She sees this milestone as a cycle to celebrate, driven by the energy and the desire to revisit her creations. “I have so many things to show,” she says, referring to her wish to restage works she has not performed for several years while also offering new formats. The artist also insists on her desire not to be confined to comedy. “People will see that I have other shows that have nothing to do with theater,” she announces, hinting at upcoming programming.
