The University of the Dr. Aristide Foundation officially launched the week of its scientific fair on Monday, May 18, 2026, which will run from May 18 to 22, 2026. To kick off this activity promoting science and knowledge, an official ceremony was organized in the university auditorium, notably in the presence of senior university officials, students, curious attendees, and invited guests who traveled for the occasion.

A rich cultural program, filled with symbolism, marked this launch day. The opening featured performances by the institution’s choir, including the national anthem and the youth anthem, in a festive atmosphere that generated great enthusiasm among the audience. Choreographed performances followed. The most striking was a presentation involving dancers carrying signs bearing highly political messages. Among the words displayed on the placards were RESTITUTION and DIGNITY.
