The launch ceremony was held at the Foundation's headquarters in Delmas 83, in the presence of representatives from government institutions, academia, and the business community, as well as members of the press and young innovators. During the event, the organizers officially signed a three-party memorandum of understanding with a two-year term.
The agreement brings together the Avenir Foundation, which initiated and operates the center, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI), and the Higher School of Infotronics of Haiti (ESIH). It was signed by Minister of Commerce and Industry James Monazard, ESIH Director General Patrick Attié, and Avenir Foundation President Etzer Emile.
