For the first time since the Haitian National Police (PNH) was created, and for the first time since the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd’H) were reactivated, Haiti’s security forces have clearly identified programs aimed at equipping, strengthening, and, above all, expanding their ranks with men and women ready to serve the country.
Through its P-4000 program, the Haitian National Police has clearly stated its ambitions. It seeks to significantly increase its strength and ultimately reach a force of 15,000 officers. On the military side, the FAd’H has set a target of 2,000 soldiers.
