The Center for Analysis and Research in Human Rights (CARDH) brought together, during a special session of the Sectoral Roundtable on Security (TSS), the main actors in the security chain, representatives of the international community and civil society organizations around the theme: “Assessment of the Security Process Since the Transition from the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSS) to the Gang Suppression Force (GSF).”

The meeting aimed to take stock of the actions undertaken since United Nations Security Council Resolution 2793 came into effect, establishing the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) to replace the MSS. It was also intended to allow civil society institutions to express their concerns and identify shared perspectives on security.
