The Haitian U14 national team returned to the country a few days after its triumph over the Dominican Republic on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Under the auspices of the Haitian Football Federation, the players, accompanied by part of the technical staff, were presented at the Karibe Convention Center. The ceremony began with the Haitian national anthem, followed by the presentation of the Haitian champions. Of the 18 players who were in the Dominican Republic, 14 had come from Haiti and four others from abroad. All those who play in Haiti were present for the occasion.

Even though he is not in Haiti, head coach Jean Marc Alexandre praised the work done by the Haitian group, which impressed the Caribbean with its talent and its determination to represent the country well: “This is a special group with which I was able to work before and during the competition. I would like to congratulate the other members of the technical staff, notably coach Charles Hérold Junior, who did a good job with the team’s offensive play. There is also Technical Director Chery Pierre Steeven and the other members of the delegation who did good work to achieve this result,” the head coach said.
