The Haïti à déguster culinary festival is returning for the second time this year. Following an edition last March, a summer edition is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, 2026. A few days before the event, the organizers held a press conference on Wednesday, September 16, at the NH El Rancho Hotel Convention Center to present the main features of this edition and provide an overview of the activities planned for the weekend. It is another opportunity to showcase Haitian cuisine and bring together chefs and food lovers around the flavors of the country.

Responding to questions from journalists, the organizers reiterated that the objective of Haïti à déguster is to promote Haitian cuisine. For this edition, visitors will be able to discover the offerings of the chefs registered for the event, which is intended to be open to everyone. “We always think about satisfying the participants,” they reiterated, emphasizing their desire to provide the public with an enjoyable experience.
