The UN Security Council is expected to vote on a draft resolution extending the mandate of the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) for an additional six months, until March 31, 2027, on Tuesday, September 29, 2025, according to an article published by Security Council Report on Monday.

The draft resolution also requests that the Secretary-General continue providing logistical and operational support through the UN Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH).
