This celebration, held under the patronage of the Family Health Directorate (DSF) of the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP), was an opportunity for Profamil to tackle the myths surrounding family planning in Haiti.

“Family planning is a strategy made available to families to plan their future. It goes beyond contraceptive methods. It helps answer specific questions: what family? With or without children? How many children? How to take care of them?” explained from the outset the executive director of Profamil, Dr. Florence Jean-Louis Vorbe, in an interview with Le Nouvelliste.
