The holder of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MAST), Marc-Élie Nelson, has set up a vocational training center for work and employment in Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye, in the Artibonite department. According to the ministry, this project, scheduled to last three years, aims to train 350 beneficiaries in order to facilitate their integration into the job market. It represents an estimated investment of 254.8 million gourdes, financed by the public treasury through the MAST's public investment program.<\/p>
