Haiti in the Fog, Beyond the Weather

The country, particularly the metropolitan region of Port-au-Prince, has been under rain for two days. Visibility is poor due to the downpours.

However, the lack of visibility weighing most on the atmosphere has nothing to do with the weather. Haiti gives the persistent feeling that the governance of the country is slipping away from us.
