Drug Trafficking: The Court of Appeal Confirms the Referral of Marc Antoine Acra, Sébastien Acra, and Fedner Doliscar to the Criminal Court

The Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince confirmed, in a ruling delivered on October 26, 2026, the referral of Mr. Marc Antoine Acra, Sébastien François Xavier Acra, and Fedner Doliscar, alias "Surpris," to the criminal court sitting without a jury. The first two are being prosecuted for illicit drug trafficking, while the third is referred for complicity in this offense. The court also ordered their apprehension for potential incarceration, should they not already be in detention.

Marc Antoine Acra, Sébastien François Xavier Acar, and Fedner Doliscar were indicted in connection with the Manzanares ship case, which dates back to April 2015. The Drug Trafficking Control Bureau discovered 108 kilograms of cocaine and 15 kilograms of heroin on board the vessel. Following this seizure, several crew members were arrested.
