In an official correspondence, the Minister of Justice and Public Security acknowledged receipt of the resignation letter from Me Jean Ernest Muscadin, dated October 29, 2026, and notified him that it was accepted.<\/p>

"The Minister of Justice and Public Security presents his compliments and acknowledges receipt of your letter, dated October 29, 2026, in which you submitted your resignation as Government Commissioner at the Prosecutor's Office near the Court of First Instance of Miragoâne," writes Minister Patrick Pélissier in the letter that accepted the resignation.<\/p>
