Three months after its establishment, the High Council of the Transition (HCT) is struggling to make its mark. However, the president of this institution, Mirlande Manigat, is committed to delivering results and ensuring transparency.

"No individual will be able to enrich themselves through this new institution. We are committed to transparency and honesty. We will demonstrate that a state institution is capable of functioning and delivering results. This is where we stand in order to bring hope to the state," she declared during her participation in the Panel Magik program on Tuesday, May 9th.
