The interim representative of the municipality of L'Arcahaie, Jean Edner Gilles, has voiced his dissatisfaction with the government's decision to move the celebration of Flag Day to Cap-Haïtien on May 18th. He strongly believes that this choice will have a significant impact on the municipality's history and economy.
