On Monday, September 4th, a delegation from CARICOM arrived in Haiti. The aim of their mission is to reach an agreement to expand the government team, increase its representativeness, and find a broader consensus to move forward with other pending issues.

As miracles do happen, no one should doubt that a miracle is possible. The key actors in the Haitian crisis will set aside their mutual appetite to move forward together, or they may come to an agreement for a change in leadership, for those who desire it at least.
