Mackentoch Dorsainvil doesn't know where the children who used to stay at the Delmas 3 shelter center have gone. He believes they have returned to the streets. However, the streets no longer show children as before, wiping vehicle windows in exchange for a few gourdes.

"The Delmas 3 shelter center is abandoned. I no longer go there. The center is now overrun by displaced people who had previously sought refuge at Hugo Chavez Square. I had written to the Ministry of Social Affairs to request the relocation of these displaced individuals, but nothing has been done," Mackentoch Dorsainvil complained in an interview with Le Nouvelliste on Tuesday.
