At the beginning of January 2023, U.S. President Joe Biden announced a generous legal immigration program to the United States called the Humanitarian Parole program, also known as the Biden program.

Four countries are included: Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Haiti. Their nationals must find a sponsor to support their arrival in the USA and wait. If everything goes well, they acquire the right to enter, live, work, and study in the USA for two years.
