The President of the CSCCA, Me Rogavil Boisguéné, confirmed the kidnapping of five Court officials and the postponement of administrative and financial hearings until further notice, reads a press release dated November 8, 2023.

 "The Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA) informs the public authorities, legal professionals and litigants that five civil servants of the Institution were kidnapped, this Monday November 6, 2023, in Port-au-Prince, while on their way to their place of work", according to the release.
