For months, the anticipated three-million-euro contribution from the European Union in support of the HNP (Haitian National Police) has reached a new milestone.

Representatives from the European Union, PNUD (United Nations Development Programme), and UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) signed a financing agreement on Thursday, February 1st.
