Next, there must be an official announcement to inform the public of the date and location of the power transition; the invitation of dignitaries to participate in the ceremony; the arrangement and sanitation of the space (the National Palace); securing the space and its surroundings; staging the ceremony; and implementing a communication plan before, during, and immediately after the event.
