No Haitian will be pleased to calmly observe the success of the Dominican Republic and try to draw lessons from it to better manage our country's affairs.

The recent Dominican elections, like all those held in that country since the mid-90s, are exemplary. This should prompt us, as Haitians, to wonder why it is so difficult to achieve similar success.
