Several close collaborators of the Prime Minister, contacted by Le Nouvelliste on Monday, assert that Dr. Garry Conille will kick off his tenure by addressing the pressing issue of insecurity—the most urgent problem to tackle. The question is how he will approach the insecurity characterized by armed gangs terrorizing the population with impunity.
