In a letter to his ministers dated June 17, which Le Nouvelliste has obtained, the Prime Minister detailed operational points for his government members.

"...to ensure a rational and effective assumption of your duties under the best conditions, a government retreat will be organized soon," wrote the Prime Minister to his ministers. According to Dr. Conille, this retreat aims to facilitate the introduction of ministers to their new roles, particularly regarding administrative and budgetary management, accountability, and government cohesion. He added that this forum would also be used to finalize essential roadmaps for the ministries’ actions.
