Without an official announcement or press conference, the Presidential Transition Council has sent letters to sectors responsible for coordinating the selection of members for the next Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

Shouldn’t such an initiative, crucial for the future of the transition and the country, be conducted with maximum transparency and the full involvement of both branches of the executive?
