UNITECH’s rector, Josselin Val, explained that the Master’s program in Psychopedagogy aims to address the low academic performance observed among Haitian students. In his opening remarks, Val attributed this academic underperformance to a lack of qualified teachers, which has affected Haiti’s education system for decades. He emphasized that this program is critical for enhancing teacher training.

“This program addresses an urgent societal need to train teachers, trainers, educators, and educational advisors for both the public and private education sectors,” said Rector Val.
