After the ineffective transition led by Prime Minister Ariel Henry, who failed to deliver on any of his promises, the country is now in the midst of the similarly ineffective CPT-PM transition.

Just like under Ariel Henry, the issues concerning the two branches of the CPT-PM executive seem unrelated to the problems facing the Haitian people.
