Liné Balthazar, president of the PHTK and a member of the Collective of Parties of January 30, revealed on Radio Magik 9 on Friday that the gang coalition known as "Viv Ansanm" has endorsed the proposal to consider the Supreme Court as an alternative to the Presidential Transition Council (CPT). This point was included in the recommendations sent to CARICOM regarding the future of the CPT.

“Let’s not deceive ourselves. All the international organizations involved in humanitarian aid in Haiti, when they want to go to Cité Soleil or Croix-des-Bouquets, ask them who they deal with? We must stop this hypocrisy. Embassies interact with armed groups. There is a phenomenon of illegal armed groups in the country, and we must, as adults and pragmatists, solve this problem. No one will do it for us,” justified Liné Balthazar, seemingly defending the involvement of the criminal group "Viv Ansanm" in discussions on changes to the CPT.
