"By the end of February, we will have a proposed constitutional revision to submit to the executive," said Enex Jean-Charles, President of the Steering Committee for the National Conference, in an exclusive interview with Le Nouvelliste on Thursday. The former prime minister reminded readers that the committee was given three months from its installation to present the main guidelines necessary for revising the Constitution to the executive.

He noted that although the committee members were installed on August 23, 2024, "we only received the means to operate at the beginning of November."
