The newly installed directors are: Dr. Frantz Montès, Director of the Center for Information and Training in Health Administration (CIFAS), Dr. Claudy Junior Pierre, Assistant Director of CIFAS, and Dr. Iguens Delva, Assistant Director of the Directorate for Health Promotion and Environmental Protection (DPSPE).

According to Minister Bertrand Sinal, this installation aligns with the MSPP’s objectives to “make all departments and services of the ministry functional and to strengthen them.” More than just a department, CIFAS is of crucial importance to the ministry, stated Mr. Sinal. In this regard, the minister urged the new directors to fulfill their duties effectively, especially regarding CIFAS’s responsibilities such as “managing and maintaining the MSPP website as an information dissemination tool in collaboration with the communications department, managing and maintaining the MSPP’s email system, ensuring ongoing training for MSPP staff in management and health, conducting studies and investigations to improve system efficiency, developing management tools and protocols for better decision-making, strengthening planning and health administration skills, and supporting all departments with quality IT assistance for all activities.”
