The organization "Haitian Bridge Alliance" is among the plaintiffs who took legal action against the Trump administration. In an interview with Le Nouvelliste on Wednesday, May 7, the organization's leader, Guerline Jozef, welcomed a victory against the Trump administration.
"The program spans two years. The American judiciary believes that the Trump administration should not rush its end," she pointed out, adding that the court's decision is neither a renewal nor an extension of this program granted to nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
