Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé officially unveiled a commemorative postage stamp celebrating the Haitian national football team's qualification for the 2026 World Cup on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The ceremony took place in the presence of government officials, representatives of public institutions, and Marion Léandre, a former member of Haiti’s 1974 national team. As he unveiled the stamp, the Head of Government expressed the hope that it would “serve as a lasting testament to our gratitude and a symbol of a Haiti that continues to believe in its future.”
