The lawyers for Dimitri Vorbe, 52, who has been held at the Krome detention center since September, accuse immigration authorities of violating a federal judge’s order after transferring him to a detention center in Mississippi, according to the Miami Herald.

According to them, Dimitri Vorbe’s transfer constitutes a direct violation of a federal ruling prohibiting his removal from the Southern District of Florida while he seeks judicial review of his detention.
