Registration of 30,000 members: over 27 million attempts of fraud detected

Since the launch of the registration process for the 30,000 members of political organizations on August 20 on the CEP's digital platform, only 36 out of 105 accredited organizations have been able to meet this requirement of the electoral decree.

More than two months after the launch of the registration process for the 30,000 members of political organizations, it remains complicated, if not impossible, for most accredited political structures to reach this number. While the CEP has not yet communicated on the political organizations that have used fraudulent means to register their 30,000 members, it has pointed out that there have been over 27 million attempts at fraud in these operations.
